Car Wash Lab Apparatus

By using the Amtec Car Wash Lab Apparatus, paint-, car-, and other manufacturers will be able to carry out realistic simulation of the brush-resistance of top coats in car washes.

Evaluation is done by means of a gloss meter, measuring the degree of brilliance both before and after the washing process.

During the test procedure, sample sheets are moved back and forth under a rotating brush. Quarz powder can be added to the washing water in order to simulate dirt particles. All operations and parameters can be controlled and selected via keyboard and display.
